Message	that when you are cruising and put your foot down at 2000rpm, there is no ~500ms delay before the turbos spool up to full boost? Have you ever looked at a data-log of TPS vs TP (engine load) on a throttle transient? Even the tiniest turbos still take time to spool up, on the order of hundreds of milliseconds. I think you may be confusing boost threshold with lag. - Sam
